Student targeting
Find the students each partner is looking for
Pypelane sorts your students by three criteria: programme, search stage and role type. These come from what each student declares and agrees to share. You get a precise group of matching students, and you offer it to the partner before negotiating the event’s price.
Target students
Based on what each student declared and agreed to share.
Anonymised preview
- Student AYear 1, available in January
- Student BYear 1, available in February
- Student CYear 2, gap year
How it works
-
Choose the criteria
The ones your partner asks for: programme, search stage, role type.
-
See the group
The counter shows how many students match, with an anonymised preview.
-
Send the offer
The group goes into the targeted event offer, with places and price.
What it changes
Your employer relations team
A concrete figure to show before the event, rather than a promise of footfall.
Your partners
They meet the students they are looking for, not a crowd.
Your students
They only get invitations that fit them.
Your leadership
Events priced on the value of the group, not the number of visitors.
In detail
Combinable criteria
The three criteria cross to build a precise group.
Anonymised preview
The partner sees the size and make-up of the group, never names without the student’s consent.
Declared data
Each criterion comes from what the student declared in their profile.
Linked to invitations
Students in the group receive the event invitation.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the criteria come from?
From what each student declares in their profile: their programme, what they are looking for and the role type they want.
Does the partner see student names?
No. They see the size and make-up of the group; a student is only introduced with their consent.
Do we need to re-enter our students?
No. An export of your data is enough to start.
Is it GDPR compatible?
Targeting relies only on declared and consented data. Your DPO receives the architecture and our commitments from the first meeting.
30 minutes to see your first targeted groups.
Bring an export of your partners or your events, with no student data: you leave with your first group built on it.
30 minutes on video, no commitment.
